Now, I’m an Arsenal fan through and through, but this Chelsea themed cake was an absolute joy to make!

It turned out exactly, exactly how I had envisioned it! Also, anybody who does cake decorating will know that sometimes you can end up working through the night to get a cake done on time. Not this cake! This little beauty was finished wayyyy ahead of time. And when I delivered the cake it got great reactions. I just hope the birthday boy likes it just as much! x

This is a vanilla sponge cake, filled with raspberry jam and vanilla buttercream. It was (obviously) made for a 25th birthday and everything on the cake is edible, including the grass and the handmade Chelsea FC badges.
