I hope you had a lovely Christmas and New Years. I know it feels like such a long time ago, but I hope you’re feeling well rested. The cake I am going to share with you this week was made for a birthday last month, but as it was done so close to Christmas that I just hadn’t gotten round to blogging it yet.
